
Sending through a partner gym or agent
Sending your shoes through a partner gym or agent is the most convenient and cost-effective option. They will have order forms at either their front desk or at our drop box. Shoes are sent/picked up regularly and as soon as we have your order, they will be put into a queue. You will be contacted shortly afterwards with a quote. Once your shoes are finished we will notify you and send them back.

Our current turnaround time is 3-4 weeks (from the time we receive them)
Disclaimer – Climbing Resoles takes full responsibility of your shoes when they are in our possession (i.e. from the moment they arrive at our workshop till they leave). If for some reason they go missing before we receive them or after we have sent them back (i.e. missing from your gym or lost in post) then the responsibility lies with the customer, gym or postal service. We recommend collecting your shoes within 1 week of them arriving back at your gym. If your shoes go missing we will not pay for replacement shoes or provide refunds for the work completed.
